The personality and works of the master of short stories and drama, Anton Pavlovic Cechov, became an inspiration for the academic sculptor Jiří Laštovička to create a unique tea set. Elegant smooth bodies of each part of the set are made even more interesting by elaborate embossed handles – ornaments, symbolically linking the world of ancient Russian epic songs with the lyric world of Cechov’s heroes. The plastic ornaments arch over the rounded shapes like wings with twofold tasks: to bear reality and fantasy. The set is suitable for 6 people, and is manufactured in the limited series with the certificate of authenticity.
